Venkat Sharma
Founder and CEO

Venkat Sharma, Founder and CEO, launched iHealth Solutions in 2013 and two years later purchased Paradigm, a company started in 1996 with deep experience in medical billing, coding and practice consulting. Mr. Sharma has significant experience building healthcare and technology businesses, successfully founding and exiting two enterprises, including iMedX, a leading outsource provider of healthcare software and services to hospitals and medical practices throughout the United States. An experienced M&A executive, Mr. Sharma sourced, negotiated and closed over 15 acquisitions during his tenure with iHealth and iMedX. He also was a member of the leadership team that took Acorn Information Services, an ASP service and database marketing company for the pharmaceutical industry, from start-up through successful IPO. His prior corporate experience includes IBM and 3M. Mr. Sharma serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for Passport Health, a provider-sponsored Medicaid Managed Care Plan in Louisville, KY, and on the Board of the JJ Metta Foundation, a charitable organization for children in need. ​Mr. Sharma received his Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (India), and a Master’s degree in Management from Clemson University in South Carolina.
Robert Attanasio
Chief Financial Officer 

​Robert Attanasio is iHealth’s new Vice President of Finance, a role to which he lends his 25+ years of experience in progressive management. As the previous Chief Financial and Operating Officer at iMedX, Attanasio ensured revenue growth through successful management of 17+ acquisitions, stocks, all Offshore Operations, and stakeholder groups. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of both Corporate Strategy and Finance as well as Operations at Dictaphone Corporation, assisting in mergers, acquisitions, and company profit initiatives. Attanasio earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University. 
Sreeram Mantha
Chief Operating Officer

Sreeram Mantha is a technology business leader with nearly two decades of experience serving hospitals and healthcare providers. He was the CEO and Co-Founder of DNA Healthcare prior to the company becoming part of iHealth. Mr. Mantha started the company in 2009, building it a profitable operation with approximately 150 associates worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Mantha was the Co-Founder and Senior Client Partner of Infospan Technologies, a capital markets consulting firm that evolved into a provider of technology solutions to healthcare, financial services and other industry verticals. Additionally, he was a Senior Technical Manager for Cap Gemini (Accurum) and provided product development and technical support for IBM. Mr Mantha earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications from Andhra University in India and an MBA from  Cornell University, USA.
Vijay Rajan
Chief Technology Officer

Vijay Rajan is Chief Technology Officer of iHealth, bringing expertise in start-ups and management drawn upon 26 years in IT, ITES and healthcare. During the last 16 years he has served in various senior management roles with responsibilities including software project management, technology infrastructure management, content design and development, application production support, information security and BPO-KPO services. His experience includes serving as Director – Content for Next Education India Pvt Ltd for five years as well as Executive Vice President for five years. Prior experience includes Ivy Comptech Ltd, Webhelp Inc,  Tanning Technology, ArtistaSoft International, Tata Cellular, Modi Olivetti and Crompton Greaves. He holds a Masters in Computer Applications.

Justin Barnes
Board Advisor

Justin Barnes is a Board Advisor with iHealth. Barnes, one of the best-known thought leaders in health IT, was a member of Greenway Health’s senior leadership team for 11 years, directing Greenway’s marketing, corporate development, strategy, government relations and international affairs. Since leaving Greenway in 2014, he serves as a corporate, board and policy advisor focused on assisting companies, associations and entrepreneurs with growth and acquisition strategies. Prior to Greenway, Barnes was a member of the founding team and Vice President of the patient-provider communications and engagement company, Healinx. Today, Healinx is known as RelayHealth. Before Healinx, Barnes held several positions with HBO & Company/McKesson. Barnes serves as Chairman Emeritus of the HIMSS EHR Association as well as Co-Chairman of the Accountable Care Community of Practice where he assists these organizations with industry strategy and leadership. Barnes is also the host of the weekly syndicated radio show “This Just In” on Healthcare Radio and Business Radio X as well as the voice of HIMSS Radio. Barnes has formally addressed or testified before Congress as well as the last three Presidential Administrations on more than 20 occasions with statements relating to alternative payment & care delivery models, MACRA, value-based medicine, interoperability, EHR meaningful use, consumerism, health IT innovation, health information exchange, patient engagement, quality, HIPAA and the globalization of healthcare. Barnes is a regular public speaker on these issues and has appeared in more than 2,000 journals, magazines and broadcast media outlets. In addition, Barnes has advised several U.S. Presidential campaigns on healthcare public policy.
Sandra Merritt
Director of Credentialing

Sandra Merritt serves as the Director of Credentialing for iHealth, ensuring accurate and timely credentialing services to providers to insure there are no interruptions in reimbursement. As Director, she trains and supervises the credentialing staff, projects needed services for customers and administers the database. Working closely with software developers, she led the effort to expand and customize the software, creating a unique solution in the field. A technology leader with experience in healthcare and information technology consulting, she has a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate across the organization, resulting in timely and cost-effective solutions for complex business problems. She received both an MBA and BBA in Computer Systems from the University of Toledo.
Aloke Nandy
Vice President, Technology

As the Vice President for Technology at iHealth, Aloke Nandy provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology environment throughout the company and is responsible for innovation, development and quality control of all products and platforms. He brings with him about two decades of software development and sales experience with a focus on digital transformation. Prior to joining iHealth Solutions, Mr. Nandy spent 13 years at Cognizant, where he led the building of several business-enabling solutions and practices within Advanced Technology Solutions. Mr. Nandy has also served in Brillio, where he was part of the strategic team that helped form a digital-savvy tech company. Mr Nandy earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical from NIT Calicut in India and an MBA from Cornell University, USA.
